Season Pass

Our Season Pass offers the most comprehensive and cost-effective way to experience A Time for Play. Participants may purchase a Season Pass for guaranteed registration to all 20 scheduled Play Therapy trainings offered from Fall through Spring of the upcoming year, ensuring consistent, structured learning without the stress of registering for individual events.

In addition to live training hours, Season Pass holders have the opportunity to complete optional homework assignments worth up to 30 additional hours of non-contact Play Therapy Continuing Education. This allows participants to maximize their learning and make meaningful progress toward their professional goals.

By purchasing the Season Pass, participants save $500 compared to registering for each training individually, making it the best value for those planning to fully engage in the series. Please note that the Season Pass is only available for purchase prior to the start of the season.

While many clinicians choose the Season Pass for its value and continuity, participants also have the flexibility to register for trainings individually based on their schedule and interests. Whether you’re building a strong foundation or advancing your clinical skills, the Season Pass provides a streamlined, high-quality pathway for ongoing growth in play therapy.

Upcoming Live Trainings (In-Person or Zoom)

In-Person Training

Our in-person trainings provide an engaging, hands-on learning experience designed to bring play therapy concepts to life. Sessions are held at the Greater Houston United Way, offering a welcoming and professional space for connection, collaboration, and skill-building.

Trainings run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM. Each day includes a blend of lecture, demonstration, interactive practice, and group discussion, giving participants the opportunity to not only learn new concepts, but actively apply them in real time.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your clinical skills or connect with a community of fellow practitioners, our in-person trainings offer a dynamic and immersive learning environment.

Virtual (Live Zoom) Training

Our live virtual trainings offer the same high-quality, interactive learning experience as our in-person sessions—accessible from wherever you are. Held in real time through Zoom, these trainings allow participants to engage directly with presenters and peers through discussion, activities, and guided practice.

Sessions follow the same schedule as our in-person trainings, running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM. Participants can expect a dynamic mix of lecture, video demonstration, interactive exercises, and group dialogue to support meaningful learning and skill development.

Our virtual format ensures you stay connected, engaged, and supported, bringing the energy of live training straight to your screen.
